We paid for our room the first time we stayed at Ocean. Would not recommend to anyone.Having recently switched from another casino/resort after many years, we decided to give Ocean Casino Resort a try. I really doubt that they follow any sanitary standards in the pool. As a result, the water int the pool is very dirty, with lots of dead insects. There is literally no place to turn in the pool. The pool is very little and very very crowded. The worst ever service.īad service is not the only issue with the hotel, the hotel is very very crowded.

This hotel just ruined the whole Sunday day of a family with three little kids and didn’t even apologise. In the end, we just cancelled our stay and returned back to D.C. That was very very rude and unprofessional.

The reception personnel, including the chief manager didn’t even apologise for the caused inconvenience caused and just offered us to cancel our stay if we are not satisfied with their service. We were very angry, tired and lost all our vacation mood. We went to another room and again this room was also not cleaned. We went to the chief manager and complained, they changed our room. I am attaching the photos of how it looked like. When we finally entered the room, it was completely not ready, no cleaning was done after the previous guest. After a long drive with 3 little kids, we had to wait for 4 hours till we get the room. From 3 pm it took us the whole 4 hours until they gave us a room. Arrived at around 3 pm and made a pre-check in right away. We drove to the hotel 4:30 hours, all the way from D.C. I don’t often write hotel reviews, but this is the worst hotel service I have ever seen in my life and I have been to many different hotels in different countries.
